All pick-ups and drop-offs are between 10am - 3pm. Please have your gear folded, tagged with your name, and ready to grab-n-go! You will have the opportunity to share pick-up and drop-off details as well as info on your gear in the booking page. You will also receive a text when the driver is near. Please note: All pick-ups and drop-offs in Manhattan and high traffic/construction/no parking zones are CURBSIDE ONLY!
