Fits stroller wheels up to 16" (most jogging stroller rear tire size) & all smaller swivel & non swivel wheels.


Instructions: 
* For Rear Wheels: Stretch cover to place under the bottom of the wheel, then pull cover up over top of tire, tighten bungee cord with Cord stop 

*For swivel or front wheels: Open cover onto a flat surface, place wheel in the center, pull cover while simultaneously tightening bungee cord with cord stop 


Washing Instructions:
Machine wash with like colors; tumble dry low or lay flat
