What areas does Clean Baby Gear service?

We primarily service Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau & Suffolk County.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, our pick up and delivery minimum order is $100.

What are the delivery fees?

Queens, Brooklyn & Nassau County: Free min order is $100

Manhattan: $35

Suffolk County based upon pick up/delivery address contact us

Can you pick up and return to different locations?

Yes, but please keep in mind if the pick up or return should occur within Manhattan or Suffolk county a delivery fee will be applicable.

What is the pick-up and drop-off window?

We will pick-up and drop-off between the hours of 7:30am - 3pm.

How do you change or cancel your appointment?

Log into your account and click cancel order.

 

*If you need to change or cancel. Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged $50. If you cancel your appointment before then you will be issued a full refund. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Do you offer same day appointments?

We do not currently offer same day appointments. But please contact us if you have an emergency and we'll see what we can do!

How do appointments work?

When setting your appointment, add notes for your driver. (ex: with doorman, front porch). On the day of your appointment, you will receive an SMS tracking link for your driver. Once we will pick up your baby gear items are cleaned and return to the same designated location and within the same appointment window the next day. 

 

NOTE: All pickups and deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY in Manhattan and high traffic/no parking/construction zones. Please leave your folded/collapsed item(s) with a doorman or bring directly to the driver. We will return your items in the same fashion. However, if a delivery has been made to a doorman, we will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any items. It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items delivered by Clean Baby Gear.

I missed my appointment, what happens now?

Sorry we missed you. If no one is available at the time of your scheduled pick-up or drop-off and the driver has to return at another time there will be a re-delivery fee of $35. 

How often should I have my stroller and car seat cleaned?

We recommend regular stroller cleaning and car seat cleanings every three months. This will help keep your children safe from sticky latches and germs while extending the life of your products. 

Does Cleanbabygear.com offer any kind of guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee. If within 24 hours you are not completely satisfied with our services we will re-preform the service at no additional cost. 

What type of cleaning products do you use?

We use baby safe plant and enzyme based cleaning products. When these products are applied to soils, stains and malodors their broken down by the enzymes and removed. When it comes to babies, safety is our #1 priority. We even thoroughly researched the plant based lubrication used on strollers instead of using WD-40!
