What areas does Clean Baby Gear service?

We primarily service Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Nassau County. Suffolk County will be opening 2/28. Please review our Upcoming Cleaning Sessions to book your appointment.

What are the delivery fees?

Free: Queens, Brooklyn & Nassau County

Manhattan: $35

Suffolk County based upon pick up/delivery  address

Suffolk County has select customer drop off days, with no delivery fee

Can you pick up and return to different locations?

Yes, but please keep in mind if the pick up or return should occur within Manhattan or Suffolk county a delivery fee will be applicable.

What is the pick-up and drop-off window?

We will pick-up and drop-off between the hours of 10am - 3pm.

How do you change or cancel your appointment?

Your reminder email will allow you to change or cancel your appointment. Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged $50. If you cancel your appointment before then you will be issued a full refund. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Do you offer same day appointments?

We do not currently offer same day appointments. But please contact us if you have an emergency and we'll see what we can do!

How do appointments work?

Once payment has been submitted, you book your appointment by selecting the next available date.  

We pick up your baby gear and return within the same appointment window the next day. 

 

 All pickups and deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY in Manhattan and high traffic/no parking/construction zones. Please leave your folded/collapsed item(s) with a doorman or bring directly to the driver. We will return your items in the same fashion. However, if a delivery has been made to a doorman, we will not be held liable for the loss or damage to any items. It is the customers sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items delivered by Clean Baby Gear.

I missed my appointment, what happens now?

Sorry we missed you. If no one is available at the time of your scheduled pick-up or drop-off and the driver has to return at another time there will be a re-delivery fee of $35. 

How often should I have my stroller and car seat cleaned?

We recommend regular maintenance of your strollers and car seats every three months. This will help keep your children safe from sticky latches and germs while extending the life of your products. 

Does Cleanbabygear.com offer any kind of guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 100% guarantee. If within 24 hours you are not completely satisfied with our services we will re-preform the service at no additional cost. 

What type of cleaning products do you use?

We use baby safe plant and enzyme based cleaning products. When these products are applied to soils, stains and malodors their broken down by the enzymes and removed. We evefon use plant base lubrication. We take cleaning so seriously that we even use a plant based lubrication instead of WD-40 for strollers!
